Check out this gem from a long time ago, when there was no Mark Wahlberg, movie star. He was only Marky Mark, brother of Donnie Wahlberg, of New Kids on the Block fame. He was the leader of the Funky Bunch. This was his workout video. When you’re a member of the Funky Bunch, you don’t need fancy workout equipment. You just need a couple of wooden chairs and a “fly honey” to spot you. Is she rubbing his belly for good luck?
We’re old enough to say that we actually saw this workout video when it came out. (Shut up. We had girlfriends.) The kids over at College Humor just discovered this clip. Good job, kids. Now get off our lawn!
