Dark Lord Sith Emperor Pope Ratzinger, the Pope who used to be in the Hitler Youth before growing up to be Luke Skywalker’s father, has scored himself a record deal with David Geffen, in what obviously must be a deal with the devil.
According to Geffen/Universal, the album will feature eight original classical music pieces, with the pope singing and saying prayers. To the dark side of the force, no doubt.
We kid, we kid. The proceeds are going to a good cause, funding music education for kids around the world, we just have a hard time imagining what the pope’s singing will sound like. So, we won’t. But here’s a funny Star Wars/Pope spoof, Star Wars: A New Pope.
