Dinosaur, Jr. Album Recalled for Being Too Loud

Damn old people. Always telling people to “knock off that racket” and “keep off the lawn.”

90s noise rockers Dinosaur, Jr. have reunited for a new album, and before it even got off the ground, the album has been recalled. That’s right, for being too loud.

Turns out all the European copies of the band’s new album was dubbed with some glitch that caused the albums to be recorded with a 3db boost. That was just too loud for all those Euros, so they had to come back.

This begs the question, though. Has this record company that did the recall ever actually listened to Dinosaur, Jr.?
