Last week’s New York magazine made the bold statement that maybe there is no revenge of the nerds. The in the end what makes you successful is whether or not you are popular and well liked. To which we say, pllfff. Obviously, no one at New York mag understands that the universe operates by one law only: things happen in real life exactly like they do in 80s movies. Not only do the nerds get the girl at the end, they also have the last laugh, a horrific and distinct laugh. This combined with last night’s Family Guy Revenge of the Nerds parody made it clear that it was time for us to induct the Tri-Lam’s talent show act into the Music Comedy Hall of Fame.
So if you’d like to sing along with Lamar, but can only remember the “we’re Lambda Lambda Lambda and Omega Mu” verse here are the lyrics:
