Most of the time you can only catch lightning in a bottle once, if you’re really lucky. But Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake have managed to capture the magic of their first SNL Digital Short “hit” “D*%k in a Box” with this follow up “Motherlover”. It’s a delightfully sweet tune about two best friends with single moms who decide that the best way to show their mother’s they love them is by doing a little switcheroo if you catch our drift.
Still lost on the mothers day gift, allow the chorus to explain. “I’m a motherlover, You’re a motherlover/We should f*%# each other’s mothers”. Special cameos by Susan Sarandon as Andy’s mom and Patricia Clarkson as Justin’s. We’re sure this video made their mom’s proud. And we’re sure it will make you laugh. We just have one question? Did anyone else notice the glue and Andy’s beard falling off in the first scene right after they throw the “boxes” in the trash? Also, where does one shop to find those awesome outfits? Okay, so maybe that was two questions.
