Yes, you read that headline right. So, MTV has opened their vaults and is releasing old interviews, clips, and videos online. This clip above of Britney and VJ Quddus (remember him?) were guessing is from around 2000 or 2001. Click to watch Britney play “Chopsticks” like you’ve never heard it played before… BECAUSE SHE’S PLAYING “HEART AND SOUL”. We do think there’s something both sweet and sad about watching this old vid. Knowing what is on the horizon you can’t help but be torn. Should we feel sorry for a girl who has no idea about to have two failed marriages, kids, a shaved head, admission into a hospital, have her lady parts flashing all over the internet, and then ultimately a pretty successful comeback? Or should we should “Hey, Britney you’re doing it wrong! This is ‘Chopsticks’!”
At the end of the day though, we’re just impressed that Britney knows how to play an instrument, period. We would love it if she some how incorporated the BIG piano and her “Heart and Soul” playing ways into her “Circus” tour.
