Tunes From The Interwebs: The Trader Joe’s Song

Sometimes you get lucky and that forward in your inbox that says “OMG Soooo Funny” is actually worth your time. This is one another of those cases. “If I Made a Commercial For Trader Joe’s” an unathorized love song to the grocery chain was apparently all shot on a Treo phone. Why? According to The Big Money:

Carl’s Fine Films, a San Francisco-based film production team that’s done work for plenty of big brands through the years—Nabisco, Ford, even the U.S. Census. Trader Joe’s isn’t in their roster of clients. The inspiration to film a covert Trader Joe’s commercial came when one member of the CFF team was castigated by a store manager for trying to take a photo inside the store. They went back and secretly filmed on a Treo.

Who cares why? All we know, is we’ve rewatched this like 10 times and can’t get this song out of our heads!
