Just what makes Gloria Estefan and The Miami Sound Machine’s “Conga” music video worthy of a Music Comedy Hall of Fame induction? Well 2 things: 1) Gloria’s hairdo and 2) the fact that concept behind the video is that The Miami Sound Machine would be too edgy for a performance at Miami’s Copacabana for an Abassador. Ironic, since “Conga” has been played at every wedding, Bar Mitzvah, gala, function, and charity event full of lame old people in black-tie optional attire for the last 20 years.
